Cary has worked in the construction industry for more than 40 years, initially as a qualified carpenter and for the last ten years as one of Holmes’ Site Managers on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Motivated by every job being different, Cary thrives on the challenges of supervising the construction site. Working well under pressure, he runs sites efficiently and with strong attention to detail.

Cary maintains an impeccable record of health and safety on site. Approachable and pragmatic, he is a strong team player and mentor and is always available to lend a hand where needed.
