Martinborough Hotel

Holmes Construction was involved in 3 stages of construction at the historic and iconic Martinborough Hotel in the Wairarapa since the mid 1990’s. Stage One comprised of upgrading and refurbishing the old hotel bar and restaurant. Stage Two involved refurbishing the rooms above the restaurant along with the reception, meeting rooms and conference rooms. A few years after Stage One and Two were complete, we were also engaged to carry out Stage Three works, which included the addition of the garden suites out the back of the hotel to create more accommodation options for guests.
