The Orchards Retirement Village

The Greytown Orchards Retirement Village is a special project to Holmes Construction, providing over 180 private retirement villas to our local Wairarapa Community. This project will forever leave a big footprint on Greytown, and we are proud to be involved in its construction.

Holmes Construction were the Main Contractor on this project and collaborated with the project managers and architects to achieve a seamless construction and delivery of this project.
