Justin joined Holmes Construction in 2021 after many years experience working on residential and commercial projects. He brings extensive hands on experience, an ability to solve problems, excellent time management and organisational skills. This is backed up by strong proficiency in contract administration, financial management and cost reporting, budgeting and cost control through projects.

A skilled communicator, Justin is respected by clients and subco0ntractors for being highly knowledgeable, fair and reasonable. He thrives under pressure and enjoys the variety and challenge of site-based work. Working in the construction industry gives him a strong sense of achievement seeing the building come to life

His favourite project to be a part of was the Paddington Development in central Wellington. Justin enjoyed working with a strong project team and this allowed him to further grow in his career.
