With experience both as a sub-contractor and a main contractor, Mike has a great appreciation of the issues faced by all sides which supports highly successful project delivery. He enjoys being involved in a diverse range of projects from high-end residential new-builds, to large scale seismic upgrades on public facilities, through to alterations and additions to health and disability facilities. 

Mike has 30+ years’ experience in the industry which includes quantity surveying, site management, contracts management and estimating. He trained in the UK and joined the Holmes team in 2010 quickly becoming a vital member of our team.

Collaboration is key with Mike enjoying long term relationships with many clients as they work together to achieve the desired result.
