Holmes Construction Group is proud to have worked on this iconic Greytown Council Borough Chambers building which has now been upgraded to house a retail storefront for local business Blackwell & Sons – Cycling Lifestyle Merchants. The well-planned, gallery-like design was configured by the team at Mackit Architecture. 

 This commercial fit out needed to be appropriate for the nature of the business and nod to the history of the building itself. This is especially important as it is Category 2 Historic Place on the New Zealand Heritage List. The Holmes Construction Group team were able to expertly work with the wider team and client to deliver an extremely well-finished and high-quality retail fit out that will deliver satisfaction for years to come.
