Upper Hutt Cosmopolitan Club

Holmes Construction were the Main Contractor on the new Upper Hutt Cosmopolitan Club refurbishment project located in Ebdentown. The project comprised of a new café, serviced kitchen and a remodeled outdoor courtyard area. The new contemporary eatery provides the community with a different offering of a casual/family dining venue.

Holmes undertook this project during the Covid-19 lockdowns, which posed challenges with the supply and delivery of materials. We navigated our way through these unprecedented times with an excellent client who was understanding of the climate we were operating in.
