Adelaide Road Townhouses

Located on a steep site in Berhampore, Wellington, this project involved the construction of 16 2- and 3-storey multi-unit dwellings comprising 5x 2-bedroom townhouses and 11x 3-bedroom townhouses. The Holmes team completed this project to a high quality and in close collaboration with the client and wider project team.

Holmes Construction was engaged in the ECI process approximately half-way through design, which relied on high levels of collaboration, partnering and transparency. On this complex project the client was looking for a fast start. The ECI design/ pricing/ construction was conducted with two separable portions of work: the Civil Works which included significant earthworks, horizontal infrastructure and retaining walls and vertical construction.
