Khandallah House

An architecturally designed, contemporary home for a busy family on a narrow Wellington site. Holmes had to extensively retain the neighbouring properties to maximise the site and provide a flat platform to construct this home.

The detail that went into completing this home resulted in a unique and beautifully finished masterpiece. Multiple materials, minimal finishings, pops of colour, ample glazing, and multi stories all added to the complexity of the project.
