Wayne is one of our longest serving employees, having been with Holmes for over 25 years. He is a qualified quantity surveyor with over 30 years experience in the Industry.

Wayne is highly skilled in tendering, cost estimating, contractual negotiations and contract set up. As a director and shareholder of Holmes Construction, Wayne is highly committed to working sustainably and collaboratively with clients, particularly by exploring areas for value engineering.
