Andy is an experienced director who has multiple decades of construction industry experience. Alongside his brother Tim, Andy successfully ran the Wairarapa Holmes branch from 1996 until handing on the reigns of management to the third generation of Holmes management, Tim’s son, Ben, and Marc Jurlina.

Andy’s expert-level involvement in the running of Holmes Construction NZ has been drawn from a lifetime commitment to the construction industry, gained in New Zealand and South Africa.

Along with his highly developed skills in financial and commercial management, Andy has overseen the growth and development of Holmes Construction by building a culture of professional development. This has enabled the firm to take on numerous apprentices and provide long-term career opportunities
