Austen joined Holmes in 2026 after spending much of his career in banking, including previously serving as the Holmes team’s bank manager. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, completed in 2015, and brings a strong financial and commercial perspective to the business.

Seeking a change from banking and the opportunity to work on the client side, Austen was drawn to Holmes’ collaborative culture and the chance to contribute as part of the in-house finance team.
