Dylan brings over 30 years of hands-on experience across both residential and commercial construction. Trade qualified as a carpenter and holding a Level 5 NZQA Site Supervisor qualification, he offers a well-rounded, practical approach to managing work on site.

He began his career as an electrician in the Army before moving into residential architectural builds, where he spent a decade delivering high-end homes. From there, Dylan transitioned into commercial formwork, gaining 15 years of experience on complex structures, followed by five years specialising in residential extensions and alterations.

Dylan joined Holmes Construction in January 2026, having previously worked alongside the team as a trusted subcontractor. His project experience includes work on Frame Apartments and the High Commission of India.

With a broad skill set and a steady, solutions-focused approach, Dylan plays a key role in delivering quality outcomes on site.
