John Harrington rejoined Holmes in 2022 as a Foreman, having previously worked with the business around seven years earlier on retrofit housing projects. In 2026 he stepped into the role of Site Manager, continuing a career in construction that has spanned both residential and commercial sectors.

Construction has been part of his life for as long as he can remember, and his hands-on experience and leadership on site are highly valued by the team.

John says Holmes has always had a strong human feel - something that drew him back to the company and continues to make him feel valued as he grows his career here. His connection to the business is also shared by his son Dayton, who works at Holmes as well.
