John joined Holmes in 2025 after relocating to New Zealand from London with his Partner and two young children.

He holds a higher diploma in Construction Engineering and Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and brings international experience and a strong technical foundation to the team. John enjoys working across the many facets of construction and contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects.

Settling into life in New Zealand with his young family, John is enjoying the opportunity to build both a new career chapter and a life in the Wellington region.
