Kairangi Developments
Kairangi is a 39 unit residential townhouse development in Wellington, positioned on a challenging hillside site. The project was constructed in two stages with stage two following immediately on completion of stage one. A very intensive development with every available space on site being utilised to provide very high quality internal and external living spaces.
A large landscaping component of the contract was completed in tandem with the construction of the townhouses.
