Kelsey is a dependable Site Manager with a practical, hands-on approach to delivering quality projects safely and efficiently. He has built a strong reputation for keeping sites organised, maintaining clear communication with clients and project teams, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

Since joining Holmes Construction in 2017, Kelsey has gained experience across healthcare, commercial and residential projects, including work in live hospital environments, seismic strengthening, fit-outs and maintenance programmes. He is particularly skilled at coordinating day-to-day site operations while managing the unique challenges that come with working in occupied and high-risk environments.

A Licensed Building Practitioner with a Trade Certificate in Carpentry, Kelsey is also completing his New Zealand Certificate in Construction Trades Supervision (Level 5), continuing to build on his leadership and technical expertise.
