Liam joined Holmes in 2025 as part of the estimating team, bringing a practical understanding of construction and a strong work ethic to the role. Originally qualifying as a carpenter in 2022, he later decided to expand his skillset by studying a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and transitioning into the commercial side of the industry.

Liam’s background on the tools gives him a grounded perspective when working through project costs and construction methodology, making him a valuable addition to the team.

Outside of work, Liam is a keen endurance athlete and has completed an Ironman - a reflection of the determination he brings to both his professional and personal pursuits.
