With more than 30 years of experience in the New Zealand construction industry, Martine brings a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership to Holmes Construction.

His experience spans commercial, industrial and public projects, ranging from $100K to $55 million, with a strong background in project delivery, team leadership, programming, health and safety and compliance.

Having held senior Operations and Project Management roles with Alexander Construction and McMillan & Lockwood, Martine takes a hands-on, solutions-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and getting the job done.

He values clear communication and building strong relationships with clients, consultants and trades, bringing experience and a steady hand to every project.
