Mel brings 16 years of experience across residential, commercial and civil construction. She started her career in project administration before moving into project management and ultimately specialising in health and safety, where she has spent the past 10 years.

Her experience spans multimillion-dollar projects, implementing new systems, achieving ISO accreditation and managing health and safety across teams of more than 100 staff. Mel is also certified in workplace drug testing and brings a practical, hands-on approach to keeping people safe and projects running smoothly.
