Michael joined Holmes in 2025 after relocating to Martinborough with his family, taking up a Leadhand role before being promoted to Site Manager in 2026.

A qualified carpenter, Michael spent a decade working as a self-contractor in the Coromandel, building a reputation for quality workmanship and reliability. Earlier in his career he also served for four years in the Royal New Zealand Navy, including overseas deployments.

Michael brings strong leadership and practical experience to his role, with a focus on delivering projects efficiently while maintaining high standards on site.
