Aro Street Townhouses

Holmes Construction were engaged as the main contractor on this private development in the heart of Wellington city. 225 Aro Street is situated at the bottom of Polhill reserve and offers convenient, easy access to the thriving CBD. This development consisted of seven 3-storey walk up townhouses, each with four bedrooms and one bathroom. Each townhouses offers a private secure carpark beneath the complex.

Health and Safety was critical in the planning of this build, due to the location of the site on a busy, commuter road. Holmes delivered the project in a tight 12 month turnaround and the townhouses were completed on time for the developers programme.
