Upper Plain Road

Holmes Construction worked hand in hand with Holmes Architecture to remodel this family home in 2023 (?). The remodel included the addition of an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe for the master suite, a new double height entry way and a new kitchen along with extending the existing outdoor living spaces. The second storey addition was clad with black stained Lunawood vertical shiplap with a new balcony boasting views over the beautifully manicured grounds and Wairarapa farmland.
