Built for performance
The structure features large precast concrete wall panels paired with heavy structural steel framing, creating a durable, low-maintenance shell suited to industrial use. The high-stud warehouse provides clear-span space for maximum usability, while integrated office and amenities areas deliver functional, modern workspaces within the footprint.
Externally, steel grating walkways and simple, robust detailing reflect a focus on longevity and ease of maintenance - without compromising on finish.
