This high-profile project on the Wellington Waterfront involved recladding sections of the TSB Arena to address water ingress issues. Despite the complexities of the site, a high-profile public site and bordered by Wellington harbour - the Arena remained fully operational throughout the project. It continued to host a range of sporting events, conferences, and trade shows.

One of the primary challenges was operating within a busy and highly constrained site in a prominent public location. Our team capably managed the project, maintaining close coordination with the Arena’s Event Management Team to accommodate their operational requirements. Additionally, the public interface was managed by the client, with Holmes assisting to draft external communications. Rigorous Health and Safety protocols were implemented and maintained by our staff. Despite these challenges, the project was delivered on time, achieving a successful outcome for the client and tenant.
